As a member of Soccer Manager you have a choice of competing in two Игровой мир types, being either Стандартный игровой мир or Пользовательский Игровой Мир.

Стандартные Игровые Миры consist of several Игровой мир types: Чемпионат Англии, Европейский Чемпионат, Чемпионат Мира, and several other country specific championships, for example Spanish Championship.

Пользовательские Игровые Миры покупаются и создаются членами сообщества Soccer Manager. Создатель имеет право регулировать формат, а также правила для данного Игровой мир.

A Игровой мир can be permanently closed at the end of a season if it has one or less managers and it is administered by the ФМФА. If a Игровой мир is due to be closed then a warning message will be displayed within My Home.

Occasionally a Игровой мир will be shut down to conduct maintenance. This maintenance is usually brief to try and minimise disruption. Once this maintenance has been carried out the Игровой мир will reopen.
